Work undertaken

The project ran from November 2016 through to May 2018. This was the construction of 1 detached and 2 semi-detached properties together with the demolition of the existing bungalow. Trevor Jones Contracting undertook the entire project from the demolition, managing all aspects internally with architect and LA approval. Obtaining NHBC building regulations and warranties.

The properties were timber framed with traditional foundations, pot and beam flooring, air source heat pump and under floor heating.
