Work undertaken
This was the construction of a 7 bedroomed, 3 storey detached property with an oak framed detached garage. The existing building was first demolished. Constructed using timber frame, traditional foundations and pot and beam flooring. Solar panels, air source heating, air conditioning, under floor heating and Klargester foul drainage.
